Arsenal indev gungame

Arsenal hasn't been around since yesterday. It has developed over a long period of time, starting on August 18, 2015. The Arsenal Games page shows key parts of Arsenal's evolution throughout its development, along with any spin-offs that have been created.

Arsenal Skin Creator

Arsenal Skin Creator is a simple tool that users can use to make basic skins, and is not intended for serious skin making. It was used in the Arsenal Discord Christmas contest, but it's currently outdated.

Community Events
ACT21

Community Events are events either made by the community or worked on by developers with rewards to the community. Community Events often vary from the last one.

Bosses
Chickenmferdies

Arsenal has 4 boss enemies: Cluckling, Blue Soul, Hackula, and The Helicopter.

Defeating Cluckling rewarded players with a unique badge, along with a Roblox Avatar item called the Chicken or the Egg.

Beating the Blue Soul in Dundertale rewarded players with a Sans unusual.

Defeating Hackula in his self-titled gamemode rewarded players with the Hackula skin.

Defeating the Helicopter in the Operation: Infiltration quest rewarded players with the Firewall skin, the Quarantine kill effect, and the Operation: Infiltration badge.

Calling Cards
Default Card

Introduced in Halloween Update III, Calling Cards are a series of portraits that can be seen in the killcam UI. Players can edit their own Calling Card in the Career Page.

Career Page
Careerpage

The Career Page is a place to track the user's stats as well as manage their Calling Cards and their favourite cosmetics. It is accessible via the navigation bar on the bottom left of the main menu.

The Career Page was introduced in the Halloween Update III.

Controls
Mouse

Like many FPS games in Roblox, Arsenal has a controlling system with numerous functionalities, which can be viewed here.

Domination & Revenge
High quality domination

Domination consists in killing an enemy five times in a row without dying to them once; but if the dominating player is killed by the dominated, a revenge will take place and the status will be reverted.

NPCs
Buddynpc

There are some NPCs that appear as non-bosses, which can be found in Arsenal. More information can be found on Budy the animatronics in Slaughter, and the Guards in the Operation: Infiltration quest.

Menu Themes

Menu Themes were introduced in the Summer Update II, and they let players customize the theme of their main menu screen. They can be accessed via the painter palette icon on the bottom right corner of the main menu.

Server Browser
Serverbrowser icon

The Server Browser is where players can easily find servers as well as 24/7 gamemode servers which can be created by their own and are devoted to one gamemode.

Stomping
STOMP

An alternative to the shooting and stabbing that Arsenal offers, stomping allows players to kill the enemy by falling on him from a sufficient height.

Its debut was mainly accidental, as it had been left in from the Typical Colors 2 engine, but it was kept in the game. Sadly, stomp kills do not work anymore for an unknown reason.

Streaks
Streak

Streak messages, not to be confused with server messages, are a feature that displays a person's streak in the upper middle of the screen, showing a particular amount of kills a player has as a streak.

5 kills: STREAK tag, Rampage badge

10 kills: RAMPAGE tag, Frenzy badge

15 kills: UNSTOPPABLE tag, Unstoppable badge

20 kills: SERVER SWEEPER tag

25 kills: ABSOLUTE MANIAC tag

30 kills: SERVER SWEAT tag (Originally IMMORTAL)

35 (and so forth) kills: IMMORTAL tag

Victory Themes
Themeicon

Having previously used copyrighted music, Victory Themes were re-established in the Winter Update: Part II with Campyfire's musical production. They can equipped from the 'Victory Themes' section on the Audio tab in Settings, and will be played for the winning player at the end of the round.

Votekick
Votekicktc2

The votekick system was once a feature that was originally added in the Summer Update, but was later removed an hour after the update was published due to many players kicking each other. It was re-added in the Summer Update III, but due to many players abusing it, it was removed on August 4, 2021. It is planned for it to be returning once Arsenal Reloaded comes out with new improvements.

Weapon-Assisted Jumping
Rocket Launcher model

Assisted jumping consists in using specific weapons to assist in gaining height. Weapons such as the Rocket Launcher and Concussion Rifle allow for explosive jumping, while weapons such as the DB Shotgun and DBS allow for recoil-assisted jumping.

BattleBucks
BforBattlebucks

Arsenal's main currency, B$, which is short for BattleBucks, is generally obtained through gameplay and challenges, but can also be obtained through codes and by purchasing them with Robux. They can be used in the shop to purchase various items, such as characters, kill effects, etc. The amount of BattleBucks gained after a match is determined by their performance and whether or not they have the legacy VIP gamepass.

Bundles

Bundles are purchasable gamepasses that reward cosmetics. They were introduced in the Minor Monday Update.

Contracts
Contracts

Players can also gain B$ through contracts, which are specific challenges that reset daily (or can be manually reset for 6 Robux). They consist of many requirements, such as getting a specific number of wins, headshots, or melee kills.

The option received a Shop for the Halloween Event from 10/26/20 to 11/11/20.

Cases
Flair

Cases can be purchased in the Shop; when opened, you get a random item depending from the case. There are 5 main cases: the Flair case, the Melee case, the Character case, the Weapon Skin case and the Calling Card case.

Event Currency

Taking the form of tickets, fireworks, candies, secured kills etc., event currency allows users to earn event-specific items for a temporary period. They were first introduced in the Summer Update.

Rarities are a quality assigned to everything a player can get. There are 10 rarities.

Starter Pack
Starterpack

Available only within a 48-hour timespan for new players, the Starter Pack is purchasable for 95 Robux. It grants players 1 character case, 1 flair case, 2,400 B$, and the exclusive The One skin.

VIP
Crowners

The VIP gamepass, purchasable for 395 Robux, gives players 2,400 B$, the King and Queen skins, the associated chat tag, Rainbow text in the chat and the VIP kill effect.

Competitive 1v1 Elo

Arsenal has a system where players can compete in 1v1s in a separate gamemode and lobby to gain Elo. This was released in the Summer Update III.

Premium Servers
Career Page

Introduced on December 25, 2022, Premium Servers are no different from regular servers. Hence the name, players won't need ROBLOX Premium gain accessibility however there is a currently unknown requirement that allowed players to access. As hinted in the introduction board, new players won't be able to access the servers while players who played the game for a long time will gain accessibility.

Premium Servers were purely made to curb exploiters from ruining players' experience.

Private Servers
Miscvipheader

Arsenal's private servers give the owner of the server the ability to set desired maps, gamemodes and more. They cost 100 Robux.

Those with a keen, observant mind and sight may find secrets hidden around the maps of Arsenal. These are often references to memes, inside jokes or references to pop culture.

Soundtrack

Arsenal does in fact have a composed soundtrack, thanks to the work of developer, Campyfire. A majority of these are used as background music for taunts, but some have been used for animations, trailers and main menu music.
