Dylan "xonae" Jones is the main developer and lead programmer for Arsenal. He primarily programmed many things in the current state of Arsenal, especially the number of updates from April to June 2021 that leads to his promotion to being a developer of the game.

He also programmed and designed the entirety of the infamous Night's End event and most of Arsenal Reloaded content.

Tully "TCtully" is a senior developer and primary builder for Arsenal.

TCtully reviews, adds and updates community submitted maps and has also made Hillside, Boulevard, Tuscan, Villa and Lodgeworks. TCtully also does many minor updates for Arsenal as well as UI programming.

Krystal "MidnightKrystal" Flynn is the lead artist for ROLVe and Arsenal. Krystal has created all of the clothing characters wear in Arsenal. Krystal also designs characters and has made the map Aircraft, does texture art, and has made the Arsenal GUI. Krystal is heavily involved with the community, being the founder of the Arsenal Discord.

PrimeFIRE94 (also known as EMIRPERIF) is a graphics designer and modeler for ROLVe and Arsenal. Almost all of the Arsenal game icons are made by him. PrimeFire is the lighting and VFX artist for ROLVe's trailers. They also do in-game particle effects for Arsenal.

Bluay[]

Ivan "Bluay" Curkendall is a senior animator and graphics designer for ROLVe and Arsenal.

Bluay animates almost everything within Arsenal; if it moves, Bluay likely had something to do with it. Bluay is also the animator for ROLVe's trailers, including the Arsenal trailers and Elements of Eragard trailer. Bluay is responsible for almost every weapon in Arsenal, licensing and importing meshes to the game. He is also responsible for maps like Assault, Beach and Canals. He was the lead animator for 7th Annual Bloxy Awards.

DJH_Dylan is a builder for ROLVe and Arsenal. Dylan is the builder of Sandtown, Canals and Street Corner 2 and has also designed characters, kill effects, and melees.

PrimeBloxy

PrimE_RBLX[]

PrimE_RBLX is a builder and modeler for ROLVe. He mainly works on Elements of Eragard, but has also made maps for Arsenal including 67th Way, ROLVe Station, Hackula's Castle and Holiday Square.

Prime is also a former ROBLOX Intern.

Toad_85 is a ROLVe developer that primarily works on MURDER, and past ROLVe project: Silly Simulator.

He created many constrained Arsenal mechanics such as the Budy NPC, determining a multiple of Goku Drip to pop up players' screens, replacing player skins' models, placing giant walking funny guys and blocking players' screen with himself. He is also notable for creating the Myboe skin

Toad also has his own group called Dungeon Arcade, who were known for creating Literally FNF, a ported remake of Friday Night Funkin'.

He is often regarded as the most skilled player in Arsenal, after carrying GDILIVES/John Roblox in the 1st annual Arsenal Creator Tournament.

Devrolve

SpacemanIgloo[]

Devin "SpacemanIgloo" was the main scripter and programmer of Arsenal.

He is the founder and former owner of ROLVe.

DevRolve mainly programs core mechanics, such as the weapon and movement systems. DevRolve also programs weapon specific features, such as the M16A2's grenade launcher.

His ROBLOX avatar can be seen after a private server round finishes if there is only two players in the server to replace the third place person or all places if a lag malfunctions the GUI board going by the name "Nobody".

Arthur "WhoToTrus" Trusov was a ROLVe developer that worked on Arsenal, Counter Blox and Typical Colors 2 from 2015 to 2016. They also founded a Counter Blox competitive group called "CB Competitive League" and even created the first ROLVe Discord server along with Proofyy.

Upon their departure from ROLVe, they would later go on to create UGC accessories and developed the 6th Annual Bloxy Awards theater for ROBLOX.

Aaron "InfinitumFrost" Frost was a ROLVe developer that mainly worked on Counter Blox, another ROLVe project. He is also the owner of the Counter Blox competitive group called "RSL Pro League" and "Counter Blox Matchmaking" and helped on creating the MURDER map, Nuke.
