The Community-Ops Update in Arsenal was released on May 16th, 2020. The update brought in new community-created skins, weapons, kill effects, and maps. A new feature was also added where you could see possible items you could get from cases.

- Added crosshairs for snipers in the Standard gamemode.
- Temporarily removed crosshairs for snipers in the Competitive gamemode.
- Plasma Launcher's fingers and watch glowing parts lightened.
- Spellbook will now reset back to fire spell if the round ended or the player dies with the ice or void spells selected.
